ARTIFACTS 199X Mouse Cursors

Uses inverted colors - the preview shows as transparent. 4 bit color old school style.

ADDED THE ANIMATED ONES! The rate of the animation is off in the previews.

Cursors made with the versions of imagedit.exe and aniedit.exe that came with Microsoft Plus '95

I intend to upload it with updated real wold cursors w/better shading (there is this glitch that started in vista that must stop ...) This is one forth of a larger set ignoring the web cursors. I am sorry about the 8 char naming schema (as I said these are meant to work in win 3.1), at least they are ordered by # in hex. 0 = normal to select E = link.

Vista and up glitch: If you use these as your personal cursors then they will turn black or white transparent or inverse but will lose all other colors. Strangely, it doesn't seem to happen on web pages. I think it is some demented way windows is trying to communicate with us that we have clicked and held something. So basically the resize buttons and move or normal select ... odd.

Again sorry that the preview hides the inverse effect.
