Oolong Tea, which belongs to green tea and semi-fermented tea, has many varieties and is a unique tea category with distinctive characteristics in China.
Oolong tea is a tea of excellent quality that is produced after picking, withering, shaking, frying, rolling, baking and other processes. Oolong tea evolved from the tribute tea dragon group and phoenix cake of the Song Dynasty, and was created around 1725 (in the Qing Emperor Yongzheng period). After tasting, the cheeks remain fragrant and the aftertaste is sweet and fresh. Oolong tea is a kind of tea unique to China. It is mainly produced in the three provinces of Fujian, northern and southern Fujian, Guangdong and Taiwan. In addition to domestic sales in Guangdong, Fujian and other provinces, Oolong tea is mainly exported to Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau. Its main production areas are Anxi County, Fujian Province and other places.
